On Friday, March 7, just two weeks before Draft Day, the owners submitted their Keepers Lists, thus temporarily shrinking their rosters to just nine players.
The rules we adopted for this stage of the season can be seen in the Freeze Page.

Draft Day is coming soon, and this is study time for the owners. For those who're not connected to the Internet, buying USA TODAY is a daily must, even if only the International Edition is available in Italy (with a much thinner Sport Section). Others can also rely on ESPNET, Sportsline, and some even subscribed to Baseball HQ. You can find some links here.
